I have a missing part (or broken) - how do I get a replacement?
We know this can be very frustrating. All sets are machine factory sealed and so it is unlikely the product was sold with missing parts. More often than not the part was lost or mixed up with another part in the build process.
LEGO Singapore has a fast and efficient online missing parts ordering service that is easy to use and posts directly to your home address. It is also free of charge. Their service can be found by following this link.

I have feedback I want to share - What should I do?
If you have had a positive experience, then do let us know - we share your feedback with our staff and it generates a nice warm fuzzy feeling all round.
If on the other hand you have had a negative experience then we are genuinely sorry, please let us know and we will look at ways to improve our service and hope you return!
The best way is to write to us using our contact form here – all feedback is escalated to the management team and we look into each comment thoroughly.

Can I view my orders from the old Bricks World online store?
Sorry this is not possible due to the very different infrastructure we have now. 

What happened to my Golden Bricks from the old Bricks World online store?
The old store will be sadly missed, however your Golden Bricks will not - we transferred the same monetary value and credited your account accordingly.

I have completed my payment but I would like to add some more items to my order, how should I go about it?
Just make another order and complete the payment as usual, we will consolidate all orders for the same day if all your orders are under the same delivery address. For any delivery over charge, we will issue you Golden Bricks equivalent to the value.

Will you send an order confirmation?
We will send you an order confirmation e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 36 hours, please contact us.  Please note Bricks World reserves the right to cancel your order even after payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email. While this does not occur often, it may happen from time to time but we will refund you in full. Please read our full Terms & Conditions

How long must I wait before my order is ready?
This depends on the Shipping Method chosen. You'll find more information about delivery times on our Payment and Delivery page. Please see Delivery & Payments.

How do I know I have affected my payment?
Since we use Paypal (including credit card payments) you should receive an email notification from Paypal

How do I make a return or exchange?
Please see Returns & Exchanges.

Do you have warranties?
The products we sell are genuine LEGO products and are manufactured to a high standard. If your item is not to that level, do let us know as we will inform and discuss with LEGO Singapore as they look to constantly improve their manufacturing process. I can't remember what is my registered email address that was used to sign up as a Member?

PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT - instead use the contact form to contact us. Please state clearly your Name , Membership Number, NRIC Number and whether you want to retrieve your email address, or you can provide us your new registered email address. We will verify and contact you via email. If you are a member and you create a new account your purchases will not qualify for the Members discounts - we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of $10 to refund you and reconfigure your account to a member account. So please contact us in advance!

I have Membership from in store, do I qualify for Membership discount online?
Yes, use the email address you signed up with on your Membership joining form – you will need to request for a password reset. Check your personal details are correct and off you go. Please note that it takes up to 7-10 days to process a new membership for on-line use.

Why do you need NRIC (or passport) for Membership registration?

We are slowly migrating away from using Membership Cards. This is for the convenience of customers as Membership Cards are often misplaced / lost over time. We treat your data confidentially - you can find out more by reading our Privacy & Security policy.

Do I need to request for membership renewal if I have spent more than the minimum purchase to qualify for renewal?
At the end of the validity period of your membership, we will automatically calculate your purchases and if they total more than S$300 your membership will be extended by 3 years automatically - but this is on the condition of having your NRIC (or passport) as Membership Card numbers will lapse over time. We will be requesting walk in customers for updated Membership details over the next 3 years to help with a smooth migration.

Where is the member's price for the products?
You must login in to your account first to see Membership pricing

Do I get Reward Points/Golden Bricks when I make purchases at your Retail Shops?
Golden Bricks are only valid for customers who purchase Online. Sorry, we are unable to extend this program for purchases made at our retail stores.

Do I get Reward Point/Golden Bricks when I purchase the Gift Voucher or Certificate?
There will be no Golden Bricks earned for purchases of Gift Certificate or Gift Voucher

How do I opt out my newsletter subscription?
To unsubscribe to our newsletter, just log in to your account, click on "My Account" and uncheck the newsletter box. Alternatively use the contact form here.
