THE PRIZE!

Get an exclusive VVIP Pass to the Fullerton Concours d’Elegance 2018, the 90th anniversary celebration of the Fullerton building – home to the Fullerton Hotel Singapore!

A total of 10 VVIP Passes will be given out from 1^st to 22^nd June 2018.

Each ticket entitles exclusive access to the Bugatti Chiron car exhibit located at the Fullerton Hotel Lobby, on 1^st July 2018 from 12pm to 2pm.

Winners will be given an exclusive permit to sit inside the Bugatti Chiron for a special photo opportunity.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

• Purchase one set of 42083 LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron from any LEGO Certified Store islandwide to qualify for the lucky draw.
• To submit your entries, SMS LEGOBC<space>receipt number<space>Name<space>NRIC to 73333.
• There is no limit to the number of different entries (i.e. using different receipt numbers) a participant can submit within each week.

 LEGO TECHNIC BUGATTI CHIRON LUCKY DRAW SCHEDULE

• Submission of receipt numbers begins on 1 June 2018, Friday at 10:00AM (SGT) till 22 June 2018, Friday at 11:59PM (SGT). Submissions of entries outside the purchase period stated will be automatically disqualified.
• Each receipt is only eligible for one entry.
• Any resubmission of entry using same receipt number will not qualify for the LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron Lucky Draw.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS & COLLECTION

• A total of ten (10) winners will be drawn. Three (3) winners will be drawn for the first and second week and four (4) winners will be drawn on the third week. LEGO Singapore will announce the winners through their official Facebook page. Winners’ names with receipt numbers will be published.
  
• Winners are expected to reply to the phone call or SMS, with their name and NRIC within 48 hours for verification and provide their email address for notification of prize collection details.

• Winners who are unable to do so for whatsoever reasons, will be taken to have forfeited their prize(s).

 LEGO Singapore will announce the winners through its official Facebook page. Winners’ names with receipt numbers will be published. 

• The winners will then be informed via email of the VVIP Pass collection period and other details within 2 working days of the announcement.
• Collection of prizes will be at the SPOC Office: 38 Jalan Pemimpin M38 #08-07 Singapore 577178. Upon collection, winners will be required to provide their name, NRIC and purchase receipt (physical copy or photo of it) as proof.
  
• LEGO Singapore is not liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.
  
• Winners who are unable to collect the prizes during the given period for whatsoever reasons will be taken to have forfeited their prize(s). There will be no compensation of prize(s) in part or in full. LEGO Singapore reserves the right to forfeit any unclaimed prizes after the collection period. Prizes are subject to availability. LEGO Singapore reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron Lucky Draw is organised by LEGO Singapore Pte Ltd - 38 Beach Road #13-11, South Beach Tower, Singapore 189767 (hereinafter “LEGO Singapore”). Selection of Lucky Draw winners and prize collection will be handled by LEGO Singapore’s agency, Single Point Of Contact Pte Ltd.
2. This competition is open to all Singapore Residents (Citizens, Permanent residents, and Long-Term Pass holders).
3. Family members of employees of The LEGO^® Group, the agencies or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
4. By participating in the competition, parents and legal guardians accept and acknowledge the following terms and conditions on behalf of the participants between ages 5 – 12 years old.
5. Prizes must be collected within the stipulated dates and are not exchangeable for cash, vouchers or other products. LEGO Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron Lucky Draw shall be final and binding. LEGO Singapore shall not be obliged to enter into any other correspondence on any matter concerning the competition.
6. Photographs/videos of the winner will be taken and LEGO Singapore reserves the right to use the photographs/videos in various media including the Internet. The photographs, negatives and/or recordings shall constitute the sole property of LEGO Singapore, which shall have the right to cut, crop and/or edit them as may be necessary.
7. LEGO Singapore reserves the right to use the name and photograph of the winner for publicity purposes. By participating, participants automatically agree and consent to the disclosure of their personal particulars in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act for the purpose of administrative contact and marketing. In particular, you explicitly agree to make yourself available for interviews and marketing purposes, including but not limited to print, audio-visual and social media. Such processing will be undertaken for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.lego.com/en-us/legal/legal-notice/privacy-policy

8. The participant agrees that he/she will indemnify and hold harmless LEGO Singapore Pte. Ltd., its successors, assigns, affiliates, agents and licensees against all claims, actions or suits brought by him/her against LEGO Singapore, its successors, assigns, affiliates, agents and licensees, and arising out of the use by LEGO Singapore of the aforesaid photographs, recordings or portions thereof.
9. LEGO Singapore reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. Information collected is for analysis and audit purposes only and will not be shared with any parties without prior consent, in accordance to the PDPA. The organiser's decision is final and no correspondences will be accepted.
11. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions stipulated above.
